Sample Instructions
You MUST purchase the samples you would like from our Catalog, before sending any in. You can fill out the forms to print from within your account once logged in if you ordered a bundle. We do NOT send you supplies to collect samples, unless you order a non-required Sample Collection Kit.
*You will receive a QR Code with your order! Please add it on the package or inside!*
Turnaround time: 1-2 working days after we have received the sample. You will receive an email once the samples arrive at our laboratory.
