6. Results and Turnaround Time
- We strive to provide results within the time frame specified on our website, typically 3-4 business days after receiving the samples. However, turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary.
- Results will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is correct and current.
- If results end up being incorrect, we are not held at fault. We take extreme lengths to avoid cross-contamination in our lab, so if there was an incorrect result, it is likely due to cross-contamination during the sample collection process. If we find there was a problem on our end, we will provide a refund.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
- We do not provide refunds once purchasing tests. If there is an issue on our end with processing a sample, we will provide a credit on your account for you to purchase new tests with.
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided that the samples have not yet been processed. Cancellation requests must be made through our website or customer service.
- If we are unable to process a sample due to poor quality of the sample – we will not be held at fault and do not provide a refund. We still use products on our end and our time is valuable, so we are not able to refund in these cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
